1984 - Cirrus Logic Founded
1987 - First Audio Patent
1989 - Cirrus Logic goes public

1991 - Acquiring Crystal’s mixed-signal expertise established Cirrus Logic’s leadership in audio technology
2000s
2000 - Entry into the Apple ecosystem being selected for the Apple iPod
2000-2001 - Significant wins in Sony PlayStation 2 and Microsoft Xbox
2007 - A turning point: designed into the first iPhone
2010s
2010 - Expanded portable audio in the first Apple iPad
