The new SoundClear Studio® tools platform allows Cirrus Logic customers to explore, learn and configure product capabilities. With SoundClear Studio apps, your product configurations are managed, recalled and tuned with intuitive, workflow-specific user interfaces, and then stored as cross-platform automated scripts for test-driven product evaluation and integration.
Learn and Evaluate
SoundClear Studio apps feature custom-designed user interfaces optimized for the task at hand. The most complex solutions feature an integrated system overview diagram which displays only the information helpful to understanding how the product operates. Focusing on the core parts of the system and its configurable blocks both increases understanding and simplifies system configuration. Each app installation also includes the full product data sheet.
Configure and Tune
The needs of each Cirrus Logic product are unique. SoundClear Studio apps may offer a choice of simple, application-specific signal routings or provide graphical editing of audio and clock paths. Product firmware can be directly uploaded from within the application, and SCS applications can save a variety of tuning setups to compare and contrast later.
Integrate and Test
The ability to orchestrate interactions between components under test is vital to product integration workflows. Applicable SoundClear Studio apps come with a self-contained scripting environment to automate the set-up and control of product solutions. For this task we selected Python - one of the best-loved and most easy-to-learn scripting languages.
